2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat revealed — hope it comes to the UAE

2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat
This here is the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. It packs the 707 hp V8 that debuted in the Challenger Hellcat earlier this summer. As if no one saw that coming.

The Charger Hellcat is powered by a 707 hp 6.2-litre supercharged “Hemi” V8, with a massive 880 Nm of torque. The motor’s mated to an 8-speed automatic, while the rear-wheel-drive platform is held up by an adjustable suspension system, aside from all sorts of driver-selectable drive modes. And it has a promised top speed of 326 kph. Dodge is also claiming it to be the fastest production sedan to run the quarter-mile, at 11 seconds.

And how will you spot a Hellcat sedan? The body gets several visual cues, such as a unique front-end, redone rear bumper, bonnet vents and bespoke wheels, aside from an interior with a choice of upholstery and an SRT-specific steering wheel.

We assume the Charger Hellcat will eventually be offered in the GCC, maybe by next summer, although there is no confirmation yet. If it did come to the UAE, we guess it will probably nudge Dhs 300,000 in base price, but it’ll still be the cheapest way to get behind the wheel of a 707 hp sedan.

What do you think?

Comments

  1. Mind blown… O.O

  2. headlights ruined the styling, overall is good 3/5

  3. What about the normal SRT with 485 BHP?

  4. the base challenger hellcat is priced at $59k USD, what makes you think this would be priced at $80k

  5. I wonder why ALL the cars, at some point start drooling around the edges, what kind of a design method is that? American cars look like muscle because of their edgy and squared looks. This Dodge does look hot – but I am afraid in the coming years they will end up making it look like Dodge Dart

  6. What a beauty….would look awesome in red/black…
too bad in Abu dhabi, there is no way to unleash this beast with all the radars around…which is a good thing btw!

  7. Exact day when will be see at GCC I wanna challanger

  8. if priced at three hundred k would rather buy from usa a usa apec rarher than paying the steelership here

  9. Mash, would you rather go for the charger hellcat or challenger hellcat? and why?

  10. I would not be surprised because sadly in the UAE

    For example:
The Ford Mustang Shelby cost 300k but in US it costs 220k ( DHS) and the Hellcats will cost more than the Shelby in the USA

So of course both the Hellcat’s will atleast cost 290k

  11. when is it getting launched in dubai!!!

  12. As I checked with the dealer it’ll be available in march 2015 so and will coast around 330K

  13. well the price of charger hellcat in us dollars is 64k which is around around 240k in Saudi Arabia so if it is charged more than Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT (which is around 280k) then it will be a shame but anyway people will buy this cat unleashed from hell
