Toyota Camry and Corolla TRD editions in SEMA 2015
Toyota unveiled the TRD editions of the Camry and Corolla at the SEMA 2015 held in Las Vegas, US.
The Camry TRD gets a body kit which includes a front lip spoiler, side skirts and a rear diffuser. It also gets TRD lowering springs which drops the ride height by 1 inch in the front and 1.5 inches at the back. This model sits on 21-inch bronze alloy wheels.
Performance mods on the Camry include new struts, bigger brake pads and a cat-back dual exhaust system.
The TRD Corolla also gets exterior mods which include a front-lip spoiler, side skirts and a rear diffuser. Performance parts include lowering springs and a cat-back exhaust system. This model rides on 19-inch alloy wheels with a bronze finish.
Another highlight is instead of the CVT, Toyota has added a 6-speed manual transmission to the 1.8-litre 4-cylinder engine.
Whether these TRD models will make its way to GCC markets is still not known, although similar packages are already available in the UAE for other Toyota models.

Honestly loving both the cars and their modifications. No tweaks to the engines though, so thats a let down…

No serious engine mods,it still just a slow car with taxi cab interior with all that black hard plastic but dressed from outside like a performance one.
Better buying v6 Honda accord with tons of quality interior, reliability and drive experience for almost the same price.
