6-wheeled Range Rover SLT debuts as a Land Yacht

Despite being a massively preposterous idea, 6-wheeled behemoths of the car world have gained popularity as limited-edition publicity stunts, even with their price tags blown up beyond the horizon. Now to accompany the Mercedes AMG G63 6X6 and the Hennessey Velociraptor 6X6, a yacht company named T.Fotiadis Design has released a 6-wheeled Range Rover SLT model which aims to spice up the “boring” ride.

SLT in the name of this land yacht stands for Superyacht Land Tender and it starts life as a normal Range Rover. Buyers can choose from any of the regular Range Rover engines, including the supercharged V8 and the eco-friendly hybrid.

There is no price tag on this ornament yet, but expect it to be pricier than any “mainstream” 6×6 before it. More details will surface when the SLT debuts at the Monaco Yacht Show this September.
