Mercedes-Benz C-Class 2025 Overview
A new generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class debuted as a 2022 model. Drawing inspiration from its larger sibling, the S-Class, the new C-Class showcases a more dynamic appearance with sleek, streamlined bodywork, an aggressive front grille, and sharp LED headlights. Its elongated hood and flowing roofline give it a sporty yet sophisticated stance, while the rear design is modern and clean, completing the upscale look. Inside, the cabin offers premium materials such as leather, wood, and aluminum, alongside a more spacious interior due to its slightly increased dimensions. The centrepiece of the cabin is the latest MBUX infotainment system, highlighted by a vertically oriented 11.9-inch touchscreen display. This system integrates with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice controls, and augmented reality navigation. The 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster offers a fully customizable display for the driver. Under the hood, the new C-Class comes equipped with a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The mild-hybrid setup includes an integrated starter-generator that assists with smooth acceleration and improved fuel efficiency. Paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, the C-Class delivers a balance of performance and comfort, ideal for city driving and highway cruising alike. The base model gets a 1.5-litre turbo 4-cylinder engine. Safety remains a priority, with features like Active Brake Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Active Lane Keeping Assist coming as standard. Additional options include Blind Spot Assist, 360-degree camera, and the **PRE-SAFE® system**, which enhances occupant protection in the event of an impending collision.
