Chevrolet Trax 2016 Overview
The Chevrolet Trax is the American brand's compact SUV offering. It comes with a 4-cylinder 1.8-litre engine, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The South Korean-made Trax comes in two trims - LT and LTZ. The base-model LT comes in only front-wheel drive, while the LTZ gets all-wheel drive. Standard features include power steering, power mirrors, electric windows, fabric seats, manual A/C, radio with CD/MP3/AUX support and alloy wheels. Optional features include bigger alloy wheels, better sound system and chrome door handles. Safety-wise, the Trax gets traction control, stability control and 4-wheel ABS with panic brake assist.

Known Problems | In the US, there were recalls for the lower arm which may break, no warning chime if the seatbelts are not fastened, no warning chime if the key is left in the ignition, and airbags which may not deploy due to bad setting.
