The Volvo XC40 debuted as a new subcompact crossover model for 2018, slotting in under the XC60. In 2021, the XC40 Recharge made its debut in the GCC, which is the all-electric version. The XC40 P8 gets a 75 kWh battery pack. Power is delivered to all four wheels via a dual-motor setup.
