BMW X5 Sport launched in UAE & GCC

The BMW X5 Sport Edition, which was first revealed back in June 2007, is finally been offered in Dubai and Abu Dhabi showrooms, as well as other GCC markets. It won’t aid your X5’s off-road abilities though, no matter what BMW claims.

Available for the 4.8-litre and 3.0-litre engine variants, the X5 Sports Edition delivers a number of M kit features, and high gloss BMW Individual roof rails. Each variant is fitted with the M body kit, accentuated by M exterior finishes and 20-inch M light alloy wheels. Be sure to get the kit with a lighter-coloured X5 though, as it is nearly unnoticeable in darker paint shades.

Inside the vehicle the M leather steering wheel, sports seats, and burled walnut trim round out the package. The X5 Sport Edition also comes with an option of a comprehensive BMW Service Inclusive warranty package that covers the cost of service, maintenance and repair work for a minimum of 12-months.
