Alfardan Sports Motors Company awarded for aftersales

Alfardan Sports Motors Company, member of Alfardan Group and Maserati’s exclusive importer in Qatar, is the 2009 winner of the prestigious Maserati MEA Aftersales Importer of the Year award.

The award is an annual review of performance, efficiency and productivity of the Aftersales Team of Maserati from all over the Middle East & Africa. The award was recently presented to Mr. Mohamed Kandeel, General Manager of Alfardan Sports Motors Company, and his team.

This award validates Alfardan Group’s ongoing commitment to be a leading lifestyle goods and services’ provider in the Middle East supported by its skilled and trained staff. The Maserati MEA Aftersales Importer of the Year award measures the Aftersales based on certain Key Performance Indicators such as customers’ satisfaction, workshop productivity, efficiency and technician’s factory trainings.
