Infiniti FX receives facelift for 2012

One of the local favorites, the Infiniti FX, has received a mild facelift with changes confined to a slight bumper redesign and nothing much else.

Inspired by the Essence concept, the front-grille and bumper now seem more aggressive. Beyond this touch up, everything else including the powertrains remain the same. However, the US market shall also be getting a unique Limited Edition trim featuring an exclusive Iridium Blue exterior color, unique 21-inch 10-spoke aluminium wheels with graphite finish, dark tinted headlamps with Adaptive Front Lighting System and auto-levelling, dark tinted side air vents and lower door trim, aluminium roof rails and roof rail crossbars with graphite finish, aluminium pedals, graphite floor mats with unique blue piping, Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System, Around View Monitor and much more. All Limited Edition models benefit from Infiniti’s Intelligent All-Wheel Drive System. Only 550 of such Limited Edition Models shall be manufactured for the US market.

Though we are unsure about the Limited Edition trim making it to the Middle Eastern market, expect the facelifted Infiniti FX to show up by the fall of this year in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and rest of the GCC.

Keep track of prices and updates in the Infiniti FX buyer guide.

  1. doesn’t it look like a Maxima on stilts

  2. the previous gril looked better

  3. I dont think this needs an update. The one that needs an urgent update is the ugly EX..:)

    • I agree with Marwan, its the EX35, that seriously needs an update. It looks like hatcback on steriods with Infinity face and some ground clearance.

  4. That’s one pretty aggressive face and mean looking machine
