Renault Duster 2015-2016 launched in UAE, with 4×4 automatic option soon
The popular Renault Duster underwent a facelift a year ago in its home market of Europe, but its launch was delayed in the GCC for whatever reason. A facelifted version has now officially been launched at an event in Abu Dhabi, with some minor but important features, as well as a different grille.
The look has hardly changed from the old one, but key changes include that new grille, new front and rear lamp clusters, some reshaped plastic trim bits, new wheels and a roof rack, as well as a heavily revised interior with a more streamlined look and features such as a touchscreen and power-window buttons on the doors instead of on the centre-console, at least in the top-spec version.
Powertrain options remain the same, with the 140 hp 2.0-litre, with front-wheel-drive and an automatic gearbox. But the big news is that there will now be a 4×4 option that comes with an automatic, whereas previously the all-wheel-drive model only came with a rather fun manual gearbox only that we even took to the desert.
The 2015-2016 Duster facelift models should start appearing in UAE showrooms soon, with the 4×4 automatic version coming in the summer.
Keep track of prices and updates in the Renault Duster buyer guide.

Sad to see the manuals dying! I just hope they keep offering the manual side-by-side..

Last time I went asking for a manual Duster it was stopped and told me to get back on March which was way too long wait for me back then.

It is good for them who loved “Duster” and want 4 wheel driving experience in low budget.

Still not available in Dubai showroom… Does anybody know when? Even the showroom guys have no clue. I guess they want to finish their old model stocks first…

Show room guys are still playing with those who asked about 4X4.
Still they are saying it will not be available in UAE
