2017 GMC Sierra All-Terrain launched in UAE and GCC
The 2017 GMC Sierra All-Terrain, a new variant, has been added to the American carmaker’s line-up in the UAE and GCC. It was launched in the U.S. last year as the All Terrain X.
The Sierra All Terrain comes with a standard 355 hp 5.3-litre V8 engine or an optional 420 hp 6.2-litre V8 engine which are already available on other Sierras, but this one also gets the Z71 Off-Road pack with monotube Rancho shocks, advanced Hill Decent Control, Eaton automatic locking rear diff, and protective underbody shielding.
The exterior features body-colour door handles and body side molding, along with matching grille surround and bumpers, black mirror caps, LED fog lamps and LED tail lamps.
The interior gets carbon-fibre-look accents, a different instrument cluster and unique leather seats with contrasting red stitching.
Available in Sierra SLT trim, this 4WD package also comes with 18-inch machined-aluminium wheels, All-Terrain tyres and badging, Bose speakers, floor liners, trailering equipment and front/rear parking sensors, aside from safety features such as the optional Enhanced Driver Alert Package, Forward Collision Alert and Braking, Lane Keep Assist, IntelliBeam high-beam headlamp control and Safety Alert Seat.
