  1. The general view of this car in most motor blogs is that its a Chinese car with a Ford badge. Its a Ford-JMC (Jiangling Motors Corporation) joint venture hence the competitive pricing.
Any thoughts on this and will it be reliable in the long run?

    • yes, indeed, it is made in China. Since it has been the GCC market only recently, we will have to wait and see the long term reliability. It gets Ford’s tried-and-tested Ecoboost engines which has been around a while. There has only been one recall to a few vehicles in the region in 2023 regarding a welding in the steering column to be changed as a precaution.

  2. A good car , have had it for more than a year, better than most Chines brands though made in China.
easy going, refined and comfortable, though not sporty.
Spacious and good looking, Al Tayer service is one of the best I have seen in the UAE.
Free 5 years service and 5 years warranty, bought it at 106000 AED, looks like it is worth it !
