They all had settled on a sensible naming system for their respective brands by the late 1990s, cleanly designating the size of the model as well as the engine. Cracks started appearing when they had to come up with names for their new-fangled turbo engines. And now with the advent of electric models, all logic has been thrown out the window. Audi has announced the launch of the Audi Q6 e-tron 2025 in the UAE and the rest of the Middle East, expanding its electric vehicle lineup. The vehicle is built on the “Premium Platform Electric (PPE)” architecture, which was developed in collaboration with Porsche. This architecture, also found in the upcoming Porsche Macan EV, allows Audi to roll out high-volume electric models.
