“Leaked” photos seems to have become a trend with carmakers nowadays, alongside useless “teaser” images and fake Facebook “likes”. There’s always just a few images that get “leaked”, likely intentional by the carmaker’s marketeers themselves. Here we have the facelifted 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class, as found on various sites on the internet.
My first car was a 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.6 with an original AMG appearance package. I bought it in 2004, but back in 1990, AMG was an independent tuner specialising in Mercs, with the occasional work done on other brands. This, I managed to snag some bad photos of the upcoming 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Convertible, which will be the drop-top version of the 2010 E-Class Coupe.
The latest 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan is probably the ugliest iteration of the German firm’s legendary bestseller. Indeed, no one expected the new-generation model’s Estate wagon version to look any better either. And they were right.
